CHOCOLATE TARTS (NO BAKE) 🔺🔺🔺🔺🔺🔺🔺🔺🔺🔺🔺🔺🔺 FOLLOW🔥 @healthy_hot 🔥 FOLLOW 🔺🔺🔺🔺🔺🔺🔺🔺🔺🔺🔺🔺🔺 INGREDIENTS Crust 👁️ 1 cup almonds 👁️ 1.5 cup oats (I used gluten free oats) 👁️ 3 tbsp cacao powder 👁️ 1 cup pitted medjool dates 👁️ ¼ tsp sea salt 👁️ 1 tbsp coconut oil (no need to melt) 👁️ 3 tbsp water Filling 👁️ 2 small-medium avocado 👁️ 3 tbsp cacao 👁️ 4 tbsp maple syrup 👁️ 1 tsp vanilla 👁️ 1 scoop WelleCo Nourishing Protein 👁️ 3 tbsp coconut cream (the fat from a can of coconut milk) Toppings 👁️ ¼ cup dark chocolate, chopped 👁️ ½ pomegranate, deseeded . INSTRUCTIONS 👁️ Prepare crust by adding almonds, oats and cacao to a food processor. Blend on high until it forms a fine crumb. Add in dates, salt, coconut oil and blend. The mixture should start to form a dough, but if it's too dry add in the water a tbsp at a time until it sticks together. 👁️ Lightly grease tart tins with a little coconut oil. Press crust into tins and set aside in the fridge. 👁️ Empty out food processor and add in all filling ingredients. Blend on high until smooth and glossy. 👁️ Spoon dollops of filling into each crust and top with chopped chocolate and pomegranate. BAGELS 🔺🔺🔺🔺🔺🔺🔺🔺🔺🔺🔺🔺🔺 FOLLOW🔥 @healthy_hot 🔥 FOLLOW 🔺🔺🔺🔺🔺🔺🔺🔺🔺🔺🔺🔺🔺 INGREDIENTS 👁️ 1 tbsp rice malt syrup 👁️ 400ml lukewarm water 👁️ 800g strong white or wholemeal bread flour 👁️ 7g fast action yeast 👁️ 2 tsp fine salt 👁️ olive oil for greasing and brushing 👁️ 1 tbsp baking soda 👁️ Toppings - sesame, pumpkin, sunflower seeds . INSTRUCTIONS 👁️ Start bagels the night before you want to serve them. Mix water and rice syrup in a small bowl. 👁️ Add flour, yeast and salt in a large bowl and make a well in the middle. Stir in the liquid and mix with a wooden spoon until a dough is formed. Knead for at least 15 minutes until smooth and elastic. 👁️ Pop dough into a large, oiled bowl. Cover with clingfilm and leave to rise for about an hour, until doubled in size. 👁️ Line 2 cookie sheets with lightly oiled and floured greaseproof paper. Divide dough into 12 pieces - I weigh mine to around 100g each to make sure they're even. Shape into balls and make a hole in the middle using a wooden spoon. You want the hole to be at least 3cm big as it will close slightly when the dough proves. 👁️ Gently place bagels onto prepared cookie sheet and lightly brush bagels with oil. {Recipe} Pan fried sumac and fenugreek chicken thighs served on tandoor naan and roasted veggies INGREDIENTS: Boned Chicken thighs-3 Sumac-1tbsp Fenugreek leaves-1tbsp Cumin seeds-1tbsp Minced garlic - 2tbsps Salt Pepper Red chilli flakes - 2tbsps Onion powder-1tbsp Sesame seeds-1tbsps Cinammon powder-1sp Veggies(baby carrots, raddishes, tomatoes amd beans) Tandoor naan Oil PREPARATION: 1)In a bowl, add the sumac, fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds, cinammon powder, salt, pepper, minced garlic, onion powder, red chilli flakes and oil. 2)Score the chicken by creating slits on both sides of the thighs. Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and mix well and coat with the spices. Then let it marinate in the fridge for a few hours or overnight. 3)Now heat up some coconut oil on a pan. Then add the chicken to the pan and cook it at low to medium for about an hour. Flip at the halfway mark. 4)With the leftover oil, add the veggies and cook for about 10 minutes. Serve as shown on some fresh tandoor naan.
