I like to think of every 20lbs as a tire with no metal rim. Think about trying to carry around 2 tires all the time!! That’s how much weight I’ve lost in just over 6 months. A cup of good old chocolate oat pudding? With all the summer fruits of course 🍒🍓 I'll leave the recipe below! . Chocolate oat pudding 1/2 cup oats soaked in 1/2 cup warm water for about 15 minutes (all the water gets absorbed) 3-4 dates, chopped 1/2 frozen banana 1/2 cup oat milk 1 tbsp cocoa powder 1 tbsp nut butter of choice (I prefer almond) few drops of vanilla extract Blend all the ingredients on high speed until creamy. You can never go wrong with pasta 🍝💃🏽 Vegan alfredo with chorizo de @theurbangreenhouse • • Este plato es uno de mis favoritos, takes me back to my childhood💖 • • enjoy this delicious dish at home, either for lunch or dinner My favorite healthy vegan Alfredo sauce goes as follows • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil • 1 clove of garlic, minced • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk • 1 cup raw cauliflower • Salt and ground black pepper to taste • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast • 1/2 tbsp lemon juice Instructions * Heat the oil in a frying pan and cook the garlic over medium-high heat for about 3 to 4 minutes or until golden brown. * Add the almond milk and bring it to a boil. * Add the cauliflower, salt and pepper and cook for about 7 minutes or until the cauliflower is soft. Add more milk if needed. * Transfer to a blender and add the nutritional yeast and lemon juice. Blend until smooth. * Add to you pasta with a little oregano and enjoy!!

Been working like crazy lately, so I’ve gotta keep my immune system strong and my body nourished! Heavy metal detox smoothie from the @medicalmedium protocol (which I’ve been following for about 5 months now to heal from the e. Coli infection I picked up - if you haven’t heard of him I highly recommend reading his work, especially if you’re dealing with chronic illness!) and a homemade ginger turmeric shot: Juice or steep 1-inch each of ginger root and turmeric root, then combine with lemon juice, orange juice and raw honey. I keep little bottles like this from juice stores so I can make my own shots at home. If you are proactive and take the time to take care of your body even during busy days, it can go a long way in keeping you healthy and feeling great. Avocado Bun Burger😁👍👏! And if you’re like me; the least favorite part of the burger is the bread, then I think you may enjoy this one. I sure did! These burgers use avocado halves as the buns. ✔Slice your avocados lengthwise, so that they are close in height and width to a regular bread bun. ✔Keep the ingredients to a minimum. Some baby spinach, thin slices of tomatoes, patties and cheese. ✔You want to choose avocados that still feel firm all around, except at the very tip (where the stem is) there should be a little give if you apply gentle pressure. If you choose an avocado that is already soft all around you’ll have a really hard time peeling the skin off. ✔How to stand them up? large avocados worked best. Also, if you put a few pieces of lettuce underneath, it helps hold the avocado burgers in place. Soo lecker, gesund & zudem auch eine Eiweißquelle ☝️ Ich habe mir heute Pasta mit einer roten Linsen Bolognese gemacht 🤤 natürlich #glutenfrei & #vegan 😊 . Alles was ihr dafür braucht, folgt jetzt: 🌱80g Nudeln 🌱60g rote Linsen 🌱1 Kl. Zwiebel 🌱1 Zehe Knoblauch 🌱 Tomatenmark 🌱 Gewürze (Salz, Pfeffer, Gemüsebrühe, Ital. Kräuter, Paprikapulver,..) . 🥄Nudeln nach Packungsanweisung kochen 🥄Zwiebeln würfeln, Knoblauch pressen und in einer Pfanne mit (Kokos)öl andünsten 🥄Linsen hinzugeben und 2-3 Minuten mit anrösten 🥄aufgießen mit Wasser & Gemüsebrühe, so dass die Linsen bedeckt sind 🥄10 Minuten köcheln lassen, ab und an umrühren und Tomatenmark hinzugeben, je nach Geschmack 🥄würzen mit den jew.
