Ridge Gourd/ Tori curry: Did I ever told you that Tori or Ridge gourd is excellent for weight loss and my secret weapon against fat. Ridge Gourd also contains Vitamin C for keeping away colds, B Vitamins for good mood and vitality, zinc for strengthening our immune system, iron for anemia, manganese and magnesium for enzyme production and immunity, plus calcium and phosphorus for strong bones. Ingredients 2 cups medium sliced ridge gourd (turai) 2 tsp oil 1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) 1/2 cup chopped onions 1/2 tsp turmeric powder (haldi) 1 tsp grated ginger (adrak) 1/2 tsp finely chopped green chillies 1 3/4 cups fresh tomato pulp 1 1/2 tsp coriander-cumin seeds (dhania-jeera) powder 1 tsp chilli powder 1 tsp dried mango powder (amchur) salt to taste Recipe: Heat the oil in a non-stick kadhai and add the cumin seeds. When the seeds crackle, add the onions and sauté on a medium flame for 1 minute. Add the turmeric powder, ginger, green chillies and 1 tbsp of water and sauté on a medium flame for a few more seconds. Add the tomato pulp and salt, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally. Add the coriander-cumin seeds powder, chilli powder and dried mango powder, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute. Add the ridge gourd and salt and mix well. Cover with a lid and cook on a medium flame for 8 minutes or till the ridge gourd is cooked, while stirring occasionally. YUMMY SPINACH CHICKEN EGG CUPS - Enjoy breakfast with these tasty egg cups! - They’re loaded with nutrient rich ingredients to help balance hormones, build lean muscle, and kickstart your metabolism. - You’ll need: 6 organic eggs 1 cup organic chicken breast, cooked and diced 2 Tbsp avocado oil, divided ¼ cup red onion, diced 1 organic red bell pepper, diced 1 organic zucchini, chopped 3 cups organic spinach, roughly chopped ¼ tsp oregano 1 Tbsp fresh parsley, roughly chopped Sea salt and pepper, to taste - Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease muffin tin with one avocado oil and set aside. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add one tablespoon avocado oil. Add onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes, until slightly translucent. Add in bell pepper and zucchini, and sauté for 3-4 minutes more. Then add in chicken and spinach; sauté until spinach is wilted, about 1-2 minutes. Remove mixture from skillet and scoop into greased muffin tin. Whisk eggs in a small bowl. Add in oregano, parsley, and sea salt and pepper. Whisk to combine. Gently pour whisked eggs over the mixture in muffin tin, and fill to nearly the top. Bake egg muffins in oven for 18-23 minutes, or until set and eggs have puffed up. Carefully remove egg muffins from tins and serve along with your favourite fresh organic berries. Dulce de piña y coco vegano y Banana Bread con TRINITARIA (chocolate oscuro de @bocao_panama ) 🔥🤤 • • 🥥🍍 para el de piña y coco necesitas: • 2 tazas y media de piña (entre más dulce mejor) • 1 1/2 tazas harina de avena • 1 taza harina de coco • 3/4 taza néctar de coco • 1/2 taza leche de coco • 1/4 taza aceite de coco • 1/4 cdta polvo para hornear Pasas todo a la licuadora, luego a un pyrex con aceite de coco para que no se te pegue y al horno en bake a 350F por 45 minutos #listoyfrito • • 🍌🍫 para el banana bread con pedacitos de chocolate oscuro necesitas: • 3 guineos/bananas maduras • 1 taza harina de almendra • 1/4 taza harina coco • 1/4 taza aceite de coco • 1/4 taza mantequilla de almendra • 2 huevos • canela al gusto • 1/2 taza leche de almendra • 1/4 cdta polvo para hornear • opcional: 1/3 taza néctar de coco, azúcar de coco, stevia, miel, maple o cualquier cosa que uses para endulzar (yo no le puse porque no me gusta muy dulce pero para los que les guste el dulce ponganle porque sino no queda tan dulce 😬) Revuelven todo y pasan a un pyrex con aceite de coco o lo que uses para que no se te pegue. Rindsfilet in Würfel schneiden. Durch den Fleischwolf oder mit dem Messer fein hacken und in eine Schüssel geben. Zwiebel und Gurken fein schneiden. 2.
