Do you dream & set goals? Dedication to anything worthwhile is continuing to do it even when you feel the progress is slow or not at all. This is true with workouts, changing bad habits, or eating healthy.
Even when everyone else around you is making bad choices, you choosing to stay the course. It's seeing the bigger picture. Knowing that if you keep pressing on, you will be blessed in your efforts.
