The moments when you see all your hard work paying off - absolute perfection in agility this morning. Didn’t yell at me or nip me once today. ***
We went to the vet for his annual exam today, he was nervous but not like past times (we’ve been working on it), he went back with the male vet tech- no reactions. None while we waited AND didn’t react to the kids coming in as Mike took him out so I could pay. Our vet said everything is good. She just kept commenting on how great he looks. I’m so on top of his food intake, supplements, etc. because he does sports and I want him to be in great condition. He’s 42.6lbs and she said he’s perfect (and cute). He really does look and feel so good, so I’m glad to hear I’m doing it all well. No comments about raw feeding either 😂
Then we sat in the car while Mike ran a quick errand in the domain and worked on no car reactions with things passing by.
I’m dog training full time now and I’ve been bringing him once a week and using him in appointments. I’m so proud of him. I’m so proud of the progress we have made together. I have learned so much because of him. He has made me a better trainer. He makes me never want to stop learning, to keep taking classes, to continue to do better and better. He keeps me on my toes. He helps me help others 💙
