Il y a des jours avec et des jours sans mais dans tous les cas il y a les jours avec training. Malgré une baisse de régime, une migraine ... rien de mieux que de se retrouver à la salle 😊 . A not so appetising 🌟Dinner🌟 Roast Chicken, roasted Sprouts, Garlic, Onion and Carrots with steamed Carrots, Leeks, Broccoli and Cauliflower served with a lovely helping of Mash (1) Gravy (1) and a few too may Yorkshire Puddings (3 to be precise 6 Syns!!) . . I also had a bag of Quavers when I walked in the door as I wanted a naughty quick and easy snack (4.5) . . Ending the day on 12.5 Syns and feeling stuffed, snuggly and thoroughly content!

Do you constantly get hurt while working out ? . 👀 first . 👍🏿 second . I mean the kind of pain that makes you reconsider this whole “healthy lifestyle thing?” . Well, yes, me too. Even as a Fitness Professional, I feel super embarrassed when I get injured (it’s prob my ego more than anything). But it happens more often than I admit. . When I was 14 years old, I had a devastating back injury during a football practice, like I just couldn’t move after a routine play for 5 minutes. I had no idea what was wrong. . In short: I went to a Doctor and he said “ well you’ll never wrestle or play football again, find something else.” . This crushed me, but I went on to be to compete in wrestling, went All- County and All- state-so suck it Doc. . So I’m just like you; I know what it’s like to be injured, feel defeated, and helpless with injuries. . A proper warm up is essential to for you in injury prevention and getting these gains. . Above is my warm up routine. I have been completing for a few years before leg days to keep me protected and help me get jacked. You should try it. . My version of a healthy fry up! 😍 There’s this weird misconception in the fitness world that all you should eat is broccoli, chicken and rice. I was once told this and ended up eating this every night. I pretty much got bored straight away and it took out all the enjoyment of eating. I now try to incorporate my favourite meals into my diet using good and wholesome ingredients and I’ve fallen back in love with food!👌🏼 Also not sure what is going on with my egg but it tasted good 😂
