Combinación maravillosa 🍌+🥜! . Últimamente me preguntáis mucho por la crema de cacahuetes 🥜🍯. . Yo uso casi siempre esta (la compro en carrefour o por la página web), pero hay más marcas que seguro que están muy bien también 😂😂😂 a mi me gusta mucho esta por su textura ni demasiado espesa ni demasiado líquida, pero es cuestión de gustos. También podéis prepararla en casa, yo antes lo hacía hasta que descubrí que por el mismo precio practicamente me ahorraba pelar los cacahuetes, muchísimo tiempo y poder romper la batidora 😂😂😂 . Lo importante es que sea 100% cacahuetes 🥜, sin azúcar (ni de caña, ni orgánica, ni sirope de agave, ni de coco...), sin aceite de palma, ni colza, ni sal, ni nada de nada. . No obstante, podéis añadirle cacao puro, canela... . - ¿Es sana? Si 😁. - Entonces... ¿no engorda?... 🤔 Que sea sana no la vuelve acalórica. En concreto ronda las 600kcal cada 100g. Y me parece un completo error clasificar los alimentos en las categorías "los que engordan y los que no". Ningún alimento tiene la capacidad de hacernos engordar o adelgazar. . - ¿Y cuanta cantidad puedo comer al día? No existe una cantidad diaria para todo el mundo. Aunque una cantidad "normal" podrían ser unos 20-40 gramos . - ¿Con qué puedo comerla? Con plátano 🍌!!!!! No lo dudes! A mi como más me gusta es así 😂 pero puede combinarse con frutas 🍏, pan 🍞, chocolate 🍫, arroz, pollo, en hamburguesas/sándwiches... echale imaginación 😂 . Aunque parezca un fruto seco por su composición nutricional (grasas predominantes) es una legumbre. . Es alta en omega 6, por lo cual debería incrementarse la cantidad de omega 3 (chia, lino, pescados azules, en cápsulas...) en nuestra dieta para compensar y crear un balance entre los omegas. . También contiene lectinas, que suelen provocar molestias a nivel abdominal e intestinal (distensión abdominal🤰🏻, gases...) en muchas personas. Sobre este tema @isabelvina tiene un apartado en destacados donde lo aclara perfectamente) . Por los anteriores motivos no considero lógico, ni recomendable su abuso. Comed con cabeza!🧠 . En presencia de alergia huid lejos! ❎ Y optad por cremas de frutos secos como almendras, nueces, anarcados, avellanas...

My little DIY project done. Since our room has a very limited space because my husband’s work area takes almost 1/4 of the room already, I decided to see what I can do with such a tiny space. This is my personal makeup area. I decluttered unnecessary beauty products that I seldom use. But I just realized that I cannot throw away lipstick because doing so would be such a waste. (Reasons. Lol) I put out some of my favourite pictures from our trips to make me feel great whenever I am prepping myself before going out. So happy with how this turned out. My husband likes it too. ✨

Blackened chicken, broccoli, green peppers, & onions on a bed of rice. You can cook this all in one pan! Boil rice. Cook chicken in large skillet in olive oil, garlic, & oregano. Cover. Cut up vegetables. Add vegetables and cook for a few minutes, stir occasionally. Add a little sriracha & peanuts.

Blackened Chicken, Roasted Broccoli, & Quinoa. Boil water, cook quinoa. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. chicken tenders to pan with garlic and olive oil. Add top. Cook on medium for a few minutes, open top once blacked. Cut up broccoli, add to pain with garlic powder and onion powder. Roast in oven. Add quinoa in bowl with sweet Thai sauce (my obsession is full circle organic). Top with chicken and broccoli. Drizzle a little sauce on top. Super healthy and super good!
