If you are inflamed, there is something deeper going on. 🌟 Inflammation is a SYMPTOM, not a source. Inflammation only ever happens as a result of either physical injury, as part of the body’s repair mechanism, OR pathogens. That’s it! This is probably one of the most powerful pieces of information from @medicalmedium that really stuck out to me when I first started learning from him. Inflammation has become this huge trendy label that is now associated with so many factors in health & medicine. So many people scramble to take turmeric shots, eat foods high in omega 3s, & try to stay on top of all of these new anti-inflammatory trendy modalities popping up everyday, thinking that it will solve their problems. But none of this will be very effective if the root of the problem is not addressed. There’s so much misinformation out there, but it’s really very simple. If you are inflamed & you have not been physically injured, then you have a pathogen. If you are inflamed & HAVE been injured (car accident, etc.), then you could STILL have a pathogen that was triggered to come out of dormancy by impact of the injury. In the vast majority of cases, an underlying pathogen is the ROOT OF THE PROBLEM. Anti-inflammatory foods can help (especially the ones listed above, not fish 🙅🏻♀️ that’s misinformation), but only temporarily if the root is not addressed. If you want to truly recover from inflammation, this is the path: 1️⃣ get on an anti-pathogenic healing protocol. cut out pathogen-feeding foods & trigger foods 2️⃣ bring in the heavy metal detox smoothie 3️⃣ bring in celery juice, cucumber juice, healing supplements, & focus on anti-inflammatory foods to help support recovery - - Keep in mind that the foods listed above each have uniquely targeted anti-inflammatory effects. Because inflammation is such a general concept & I can only cover so much here, it would serve you greatly to work one-on-one with me or another practitioner who can tailor a healing protocol specified to how/where your inflammation has manifested. 💚 I hope that helps clear this up my loves! Do you have inflammation??
