A lot of people want quick fixes. Here a pill, there a shake. That's just not how weightloss works. It took you months and years to add the weight, it will take months and maybe years to take if off. The key is consistency. Pick your way to success and stick to it. Be in a caloric deficit, work out as much as you can and you'll get there. Just don't give up. Can I get an amen on a Monday!? . But seriously, everyone, and I mean EVERYONE takes a beat down from life. And it’s not easy. It can be the most crippling and confronting moments of our lives, feeling down and out, lacking the courage to carry on... but we must. And We have to choose it. Some of the proudest moments of my life have come from the times where I’ve peeled myself off the mat, picked myself back up, asked for help from those I trust most, and taken my next step. These are the moments that have built my courage, The moments where I wanted to stay down, Play the victim, Lounge around in the sorrow, And use it all as an excuse to stay stuck. And let’s be honest, Some of you have good fricken reasons to stay down. You’ve been handed a tough hand. Life, or other people, has laid the boots to you and left you in pain and suffering. I get it. We all get it. I feel for you... But here’s the truth. I can’t change it for you. You still have to choose it. And yes, It sucks when we are in it... But man is it one of the most ALIVE feelings in the world to RISE after a collapse. So rise. Believe in the impossible again. Find just an ounce more of strength, and if you don’t have it, know that there are people in this world who have enough to help you when you’re down. Struggling to return to the gym? 🤔 - - It's pretty rough right, you've made all this progress and for whatever reason, you've stopped training. It can really mess with your head and take away your confidence to return. 😭 - - You've gained fat or lost strength and muscle, to boot it takes extra time out of your day that you gained when you left. There seems to only be negative stuff associated with your return to the gym.😅 - - That's where you're dead wrong, you gain an hour, an hour of "you" time, an hour of self improvement that makes you better week by week. You're taking baby steps to build a better version of yourself and that matters. 😘 - - You owe it to yourself to exercise. It's part of self love, self respect and boosts your self-esteem. My recommendation is to start small, 1 session a week then 2 then 3 until you've reached a sustainable number.🤩 - - Happy training, love Rizz 🥰

I truly appreciate each and everyone of you and it’s fun to share this experience with you all as well❤️ I think it is important to say that no matter what battles you’re dealing with in life only YOU depict your future! . 13 years ago I was living in a 1995 Saturn 5speed moving city to city and crashing on couches. I would call extended stay hotels and even the greyhound bus my home. I was unable to get a job because I didn’t have an ID and I had multiple warrants out for my arrest. My mother was in a coma from a car accident and we had to sell the house to pay the medical bills. I was on my way down a really dark path and it was the lowest time of my life, I was desperate and I was hungry plus very immature. . I blamed everyone and everything instead of taking responsibility or just accepting that sometimes bad things can happen to good people a.k.a. my mom or my dad passing when I was 5. . I finally got sick and tired of living under the radar and decided to turn myself in and completely flipped the script on the path I was heading. I took control of my health, started working “legit” jobs and mended the bonds I had ruined with my family. Now, I am blessed to have two beautiful daughters that I would fight to the end of the world for so they don’t have to go through what I did and I’m actively trying to bring to life a vision in my head @mealganics . Just remember keep your head up! If I would’ve told myself I’d be where I am now 13 years ago I would’ve never believed it. . Just thought I’d share Incase someone else is battling demons right now and doesn’t think it gets any better... YOU can make it better
