I started this journey of fitness back in 2012 and today i think i’m in the best shape of my life. Good morning to this historical week where in CrossFit 45 is the new 60! Double-check your bookings and make sure you can attend the classes you’ve booked. The goal is to get more people in and out and committing to your health with an effective dose of CrossFit! . Monday-Friday CrossFit includes a barbell on every day plus you get to bike, run and row on separate days. The workouts are kinda fast except for Friday which has a few slower movements that are more of a grinder type. The weekend workouts remain at 60 mins and are typically longer. . Powerlifting does 3 rep strength sets this week in a pattern similar to before. . Gymnastics includes a prescribed quality workout where you can work on positions and then get your body ready for a longer workout. Notice that there is a part A and then “only” a part B.
