And we’re done! 5 workouts over 5 weeks for this years Crossfit open testing barbell cycling, gymnastics, endurance, and sprints! Of course it’s shown me areas I can work on but it’s shown me how much further I’ve come from all of this training and I am super pumped from it; not to mention I’ve had some epic company throughout so thankyou to those who have pushed me through those last reps when my mind wanted to rest for that little bit longer. Managed to keep my hands in tact until that last 19.5 but having a better score made up for it. It’s been fiery guys🔥 until next time! 🙌🏽
