I've officially been vegetarian for 3 months, with a 2 week hiatus (travel, hospital, etc.). I am getting the hang of it more every week as I learn how my body reacts to certain foods. . I originally went vegetarian because my husband was getting back-to-back kidney stones. We decided to try cutting meat, and he hasn't had one since. We are also really loving this way of eating, the way it helps us eat better, sleep deeper, bloat less, cut medications...and as an added bonus, our skin looks amazing!
