HEMP/CBD OIL! Have you tried it!? 🌙I think that night time rituals/routines are just as important as morning routines- what do you think? An hour before bed I put my legs up against the wall to reverse blood flow and start the relaxation process, read, rub lavender oil on my wrists, and recently I have introduced one more thing…. hemp oil! I’ve read a lot about hemp oil/cbd oil for quite some time but never used it consistently until recently and I can definitely feel the difference in my sleep! I’ve been putting a droppers full under my tongue before bed for about 2 months now and my overall sleep has been so much better! ☀️I also have been dabbling with using hemp oil throughout the day in addition to the evening because I tend to have a lot of self chatter throughout the day in my brain- anyone else!? Sometimes I feel like I have a million tabs open so I thought why not add it to my day time routine to help relax my mind!? Because this particular hemp oil has a minty flavor I mix it straight into my cacao chocolate smoothie and it literally makes the best mint-chocolate flavor (my favorite)! Or sometimes I’ll add it to my weekend coffee…. SO GOOD!! ✨Like anything, you need to consciously and consistency implement hemp oil into your every day life to reap the benefits. As I mentioned, I tried it off and on in the past and didn’t experience any of the results I have felt this time around after consistently using it every day/night! 👉🏻Okay now time for the recipe! -8oz unsweetened nut milk -1 heaping tbsp of cacao powder -1/2 of an avocado (DO IT! Hello creaminess!) -1 scoop of vanilla collagen -dash of stevia/cinnamon -1 droppers full of @majusuperfoods mint hemp oil! 👉🏻Blend and enjoy!!
