So I'm not like a doctor or nutritionist or anything BUT I just wanted to share some info that might help someone else that is struggling with their health in any way. Cutting sugar and Carbohydrates from our lives has changed it in a million ways and literally all of them are positive. We @_rogoroth_ and I, started following a keto/low carb diet last February when I was inspired online wanting to lose weight. I was weighing around 160lbs. It wasnt until later when I started doing research on Sugar and Fat that I realized how bad sugar was for me and my entire family.. I experienced a healthy pregnancy practicing a low carb and almost 100% sugar free diet until my last trimester where I let loose a little bit. I wanted to enjoy junk food!! But after I did it always made me feel like terrible. After having Elliott I started fresh and wanted to reboost my metabolism with Fasting. I did 24 hr ketomad which is basically one meal a day and that meal was always sugar free and low carb. I did that for 1 week, then switched back to Keto. Honestly this is the easiest way of eating/dieting that I've ever done. I've lost all of my baby weight and after 7 years and 3 babies I'm basically down to my goal. Its basically meat, vegetables and SOME low sugar fruits. No bread, grains, corn, potatoes, chips, beans, or artificial sweetners. I'd say around 30carbs a day is what we aim for with a high ammount of fat from meat, coconut oil, avacados and low carb nuts like pecan and macadamia. Look at your labels when you are shopping. Eat simple. Don't consume artificial sweeteners. But also, don't be a dick to yourself. If you wanna eat something, eat it. Just remember it probably wont feel like its worth it but you can always start over tomorrow. 🥓 🥑 🍗 this evening I was adamant I was going to have a roast because I missed a good old Yorkshire pud... ermmmm ok so i get to the pub and the waitress tells me they don’t do roast during the week... so i then look at the menu and think what shall I eat? Greek yogurt pancakes! To make, stir container of Greek yogurt (~5 oz, any flavor/brand you like) and crack egg directly into container. Once mixed, add 1/2 tsp vanilla. In a separate medium bowl, mix 1/2 c whole wheat flour and 1 tsp baking soda. Add yogurt mixture to dry ingredients and mix until well combined. Cook in skillet over medium heat. Add any toppings you like! Tip: make double the recipe and store extra pancakes in the fridge to heat up and eat all week!

🚫Posting this is so far out of my comfort zone🚫 . But to be totally honest with you, i don’t hate myself in the picture on the right. I know these shirts are totally different fits, but still... i see some change and i hate myself a little less because of it. . Muffins de manzana❤️🍎 Para estos tremendos muffins vas a necesitar 2 manzanas - 60g de avena - 3 claras - Un scoop de proteína (reemplazable por dos cucharas de leche descremada en polvo)- Endulzante a gusto - polvo para hornear - Canela en cantidades Cortar una manzana en cubitos, la otra hervirla y hacerla pure. Mezclarla con la avena, la proteína, el endulzante, la canela y el polvo para hornear. Batir las claras a nieve e incorporar los ingredientes con movimientos envolventes para que no se bajen. Llevar a recipiente de muffins apto para hornos, por arriba decorar con bastante canela y la manzana cortada en cubitos. Cocinar a 180 grados por 30 min aprox. Y disfrutarrrr, re sirven para tener en la semana, te salvan y son super nutritivos. Aksi takdirde köfteler kızardıktan sonra çok sert olabilir. Orta büyüklükte bir tavada yağ kızdırılır. Elimize almadan köfteler tatlı kaşığı yardımıyla yağın içine bırakılır. Arkalı önlü hafif kızardıktan sonra bir kağıt havlu üstünde yağı alınır. When I’m feeling fancy, I crisp my kale 🥬 💁🏼‍♀️ . Topped this bowl of crispy kale with my homemade turmeric hemp dip & some @go_raw sprouted sunflower & pumpkin seeds. Recipe👇🏻 for my turmeric hemp dip! . Turmeric hemp dip: + 1 cup hemp hearts (seeds) + 2 Tbsp. Tahini + 3/4 cup water + 1/4 tsp. Himalayan sea salt + 1 tsp. ground turmeric + combine all ingredient in food processor & blend for 1-2 minutes. Store in fridge (note will thicken in consistency after being in fridge).
