PANEER, POTATO & PEA CURRY | An old-school vegetarian curry that hails from the Punjab in India, this is a super easy curry to make - full of flavour - crispy & creamy paneer (Indian curd cheese), buttery baby new potatoes and sweet green peas, swimming in a spicy masala sauce! Here’s how you can make it: . Ingredients: . Rapeseed oil 300g paneer, cut into small cubes 1 tsp cumin seeds 3 curry leaves 2x small white onion, finely chopped 6 garlic cloves, crushed 6cm piece of ginger, grated 400g tinned plum tomatoes 1 green chilli, finely chopped 1 tsp salt 1 tsp turmeric 1 tsp ground coriander 400g frozen peas 4 baby new potatoes, cut into small chunks 500ml water 1 tsp garam masala Handful of fresh coriander (chopped) . Method: . 1️⃣ Heat a glug of oil in a small frying pan & fry the paneer until golden brown. Remove & set on some kitchen roll. 2️⃣ Grab a large pan and add a large glug of oil. When hot, add the cumin seeds and curry leaves. When the seeds start to sizzle, add the onion & fry on a medium heat for 5-7mins. 3️⃣ Then add the ginger, garlic and chilli. Cook for two minutes. Then add in the salt, turmeric & ground coriander. Cook for 1 minute 4️⃣ Add the tomatoes and stir well for approx 8-10mins until you are left with a thick masala paste. 5️⃣ Once it is thick & shiny add the potatoes & frozen peas. Ensure everything is covered in the masala paste and then add the water. 6️⃣ Bring to the boil, add the paneer and then simmer for 20 mins. Stir in the garam masala and season to taste. Daha sonra da fotoğrafta gördüğünüz tatlıyı 💛 Bu hafta pazardan tatlı bir şeyler yapmak için bal kabağı almıştım, ne yapsam ne yapsam derken ortaya uydurmasyon ama güzel bir şeyler çıktı. Önce silme 2 yemek kaşığı yulaf ezmesi ve 1 cevizi robottan geçirdim sonra onları 2 yemek kaşığı kabak püresi ve kaşığın ucuyla çok az bal katarak karıştırdım üzerine de tahin döktüm. Kalan kabak püresini de buzluğa atıp ara ara bu şekilde yapmayı düşünüyorum🎃
