Eggs for breakfast and carrots for snacks. Add a green apple and a greenish banana and you'll gonna make the whole day without eating anything else. Just remember to drink water too!
Easy to say, harder to accomplish!
But when you do, the reward is not far away, 4-6 days. That's how long, or, short time it takes to get rid of your sugar addiction!
If you manage to keep away from sugar for one week, then you can stay away for two weeks.
In two weeks you won't even feel the urge to buy candy, ice-cream, a bun or whatever.
There is one thing people don't think about...
You will have a need, an urge, to buy something, just anything, because it's been a bad habit for years and years.
I mean... I remember the first weeks entering the candy section in the supermarket even though I wasn't there to buy candy, I just went there from old habit! That's how sugar has mastered mine and your mind! It pulls you to sugar traps!
It took a while to learn Not to visit the candy section, today it's easy peasy.
And about a month in "my program" I entered a kiosk - by old habit - to buy a Red Bull, but I turned around at the door.
Since then I haven't been in these small kiosks because the only thing they offer to eat and drink is sugar, sugar, sugar and sugar!
Btw, I'm still overweight but damn, I've lost 25 kilos by this simple, my own home made program, it's not even a program, it's what it is. I don't know anything about existing diets out there, I give a damn!
Oh, hey! This is no diet, this is a choice!
A choice to live healthier, without practicing some "boring" fitness training.
The training however, is the next step - when You are ready for it!
