I reached a level where I don’t work out just for the sake of a good sculpted body,healthy, and balanced lifestyle☝🏻. I go to the gym because I feel its the place where I can throw on all my stress, negativity, and fatigue even if I am very exhausted and drained off.... Here my kid was having a soccer practice where I stayed like half the time with him, then I left him off to my workouts💥....Its OK not to be a perfect mommy all the time, because sometimes this PERFECT mom needs to refill herself with more energy so she can go back to her kids and give her all 🙌🏻...Don’t you agree ladies??
