It's been a LOOOOONG time off, dropped off insta and prep for a while just to give the old body a break, and to eat whatever I wanted... well let's be honest, it was just for the food, I was still careful with how I ate, but not so careful what I ate, I still trained while off prep, just not as heavy and as crazy, shoutout to ppl like @11_addicted2lifting_11 , @dexters_gym_redemption @ironbrother2544 @0beastfitness @churr_camo @scotthndrsn @x_desertcolt_x and @alan_ross_nz for letting me tag in on their training sessions, and a massive shoutout to these #silverbacks @milotuala @liss.letoa10 @kathloveswine @themikemcl and @stacy_pirimonacarbin for keeping the heart rate high and keeping me honest about how unfit I am during the #lunchtimecrossfit sessions, and how much I need to improve.
After a fair few months off any kinda prep, it's time to get back on that #preplife and start making my way back to the stage, this time off was good, it was good for me, my family, my mentality and for work, now that most things have settled down and things are getting back on track. Its time to start the prep yet again.
