My breakfast today is a porridge out of ca. 50g of oats topped with about 50g of Skyr, 15 blueberries and a banana. (Sorry for the unsatisfying arrangement. 😅😂) . RECETTE CHIA PUDDING. . ☀️La version basique-chic. . 250 ml de lait d’amande froid ou tempéré (ou 150 ml de lait de coco et 100 ml d’eau de coco) 2 cuillères à soupe de graines de chia Une pincée de vanille, une pincée de gingembre et une pincée de cannelle en poudre. . ➡️Mettez les graines de chia dans un bol. Versez le lait sur les graines, ajoutez les épices et mélangez avec une cuillère. Laissez gonfler pendant 30 secondes, puis mélangez à nouveau. Laissez reposer environ 15-20 minutes jusqu’à ce que le liquide soit absorbé. . ☀️La version hot et épicée. . 250 ml de lait d'amande ou de coco 2 cuillères à soupe de graines de chia 1 sachet de thé aux épices type "chai" 1 poignée d'oléagineux ou de fruits secs au choix (facultatif) 1 demi fruit au choix : banane, pomme, poire... (facultatif) . ➡️Le chia chaud est parfait pour cette transition entre saisons ou en hiver quand il fait froid. C’est aussi une bonne alternative si on oublie de faire tremper ses graines de chia en avance car c’est une version à la minute ! Dans une casserole, faites chauffer du lait d’amande ou du lait de coco (ne pas le faire bouillir !). Éteignez le feu et mettez un sachet de thé aux épices chai dedans pour 2-3 minutes, couvert. Rajoutez les graines de chia (et autres noix ou fruits secs si vous voulez) et mélangez avec une cuillère. Laissez gonfler pendant encore 2-3 minutes, puis réchauffez-le si vous le voulez encore plus chaud. Mettez les tranches de fruits (bananes, pommes, poires...) pendant la cuisson pour un porridge encore plus digeste et naturellement sucré. . 🌸Les graines de chia sont composées de lipides ou « bons gras » (environ 30%), et de protéines (20-25%), elles sont également une source non négligeable d’oméga-3 (acide alpha-linolénique – 15% environ) et de fibres, vitamines B9 et calcium. Anume din aceasta cauză, de cele mai dese ori alegem cereale - nu necesită mult timp pentru preparare și ne oferă multă energie. Dar nu toate cereale sunt atât de bune. Pentru a oferi corpului dvs cât mai multe beneficii din farfuria de cereale urmați următoarele reguli când le alegeți: 1. Citiți cu atenție eticheta fulgilor de cereale și evitați cele ce au zahăr adăugat - energie de durată ne oferă carbohidrații complecși, zahărul este un carbohidrați simplu, după consumul lui ni se face destul de repede foame. 2. Alegeți varianta cea mai simplă, cu cât mai puține adaosuri, este mai bine să adăugați la ele fructe proaspete de sezon și un pic de nuci. 3. Alegeți fulgii ce sunt făcuți prin simplă presare o bobului, nu cele ce trec prelucrare termică sau cereale expandate. În fulgii obținuți prin simpla presare se păstrează toți nutrienții și oferiți organismului dvs un produs mai bogat nutrițional. Mulți îmi scriu că nu pot găsi în magazin fulgi de secară sau amestecuri de fulgi ce le consum eu în magazine. CALORIES 👊🏻 So today after a few weeks of no change I’ve decided I’m going to start roughly tracking my calories. If there’s days where I go slightly over that won’t be the end of the world! I’m doing this because I know that nutrition is what’s letting me down (she types after having Krispy Kreme yesterday😂). • I think by doing this I will be more aware of what I’m eating as well as the amounts. Merhaba🤗tahin & dut özü (dut şurubu) karıştırarak kahvaltılar da kullanmayı çok seviyorum. Pekmez yerine dut özü kullanmanızı tavsiye ediyorum. Tat olarak pekmezden çok daha iyi ve kıvamı yoğun, tahinle karıştırdığımız da çikolata gibi bir lezzeti oluyor. Mirchi Bajji Nothing complements the weather better than a steaming mirchi bajji. Mostly considered an evening snack in Hyderabad,Chennai beaches these bajjis are most sought-after finger food when the sky is overcast and the temperature drops with a few spells of rain. They are popular as vegetarian starters at weddings, get-togethers, meetings or just as an evening snack. Mirchi bajjis are usually made by dunking non-pungent big chilli, locally called mirapakaya, in batter and then deep-frying it. The same variety of green chilli is used in the mirchi ka salan, which is served with Hyderabadi biryani. The batter to be fried is a thick gram flour paste with salt. Depending on the area and how it is preferred by the vendor’s regular customers, the bajji has two main ingredients for stuffing – the most common, and favourite, being a semi-thick tamarind paste. Another variant is a masaledar mashed potato stuffed into the chilli. The tamarind paste, if used, is just enough to give that tangy feel to the palate. After the mirchi is stuffed, it is dipped into the batter and deep-fried for a couple of minutes in hot oil until brown and crispy. Sometimes, the mirchi is cut and sprinkled with a handful of chopped onions and good dusting of chaat masala. . . . . . . . . . . . .
