Back after about a week off training. Waaaaay out of my comfort zone! Everyone rugged up for winter & preggaz over here felt like it was 40 degrees!! Tonightโ€™s workout....sucked. ๐Ÿ˜… abs barely made an appearance. Oh well! I got it done.. but man booty & leg day (night?) kicked my butt.. literally ..and about 20 mins in my leg cramped up. I stopped and stretched, but then got comfy on the floor for too long.. restarted the entire thing and was dripping sweat by the end.
