Happy Thursday you guys! Such a great day it was.. hoping yours was too and if not I hope it gets better. Those of you who know..or have been waiting here is today’s leg day! Please please please lemme know how to improve! I’m not perfect by any means and all my positions are improving but do need work! • . As you know squats build the legs..not the booty! But to preform them correctly you gotta open them hips up..and as you can see it’s a bit of a challenge..hence why the deep squats are super convenient! Enjoy you guys! Ps. Yes I still wear a sweatshirt in the gym..probably will until the day it’s like 80° in the gym. 😂🍑😘 • . Warm up: Stair master 10 minutes at a level 8 pace . Workout: . 1. Barbell deficit reverse lunges 3x5 each leg . 2. Hack squat 1 1/2 reps 5x10 . 3. Heel elevated close stance goblet squats (working the quads here! Such a burn) 4x20 . 4. Currently trying to break out of my slump and banish bad habits. Before I became a PT I was training 6 days a week + 1 rest day, but ever since then, training more than 2 days in a row was a rare sight. I struggled to find a balance between clients and my own training and rest, and my energy levels ultimately suffered. I’ve now blocked out times for “me time” as I need structure in my life (I’m a plan freak) to allow myself time to rest and train.
