I’ve always resonated really well with walking. It’s why I love traveling as much as I do because walking overseas is a hell of a lot more accessible than it is in my home town. It’s funny how I get supremely excited about using all modes of public transport when I’m in different countries. All day pass to use the metro for just €2? What a pleasure. I’ve literally spent a day in Vienna just taking the metro to everywhere it would go. Apart from the pure convenience of being able to walk out your door and just keep going, walking is also one of the best ways to stay active and maintain a healthy life and mind. Some of the world’s greatest leaders and thinkers ascribe many of their successes to the simple habit of walking each day. .
