💭No todos los días son buenos, pero eso no quiere decir que no puedas. En un tratamiento para trastornos alimentarios es NORMAL “no poder” con las pautas dadas en la consulta porque es DIFÍCIL, sobre todo al principio, y no podemos pretender hacer todo de golpe ni todo “de una”, sino no existiríamos los profesionales que nos dedicamos a eso y no serían patologías difíciles de tratar. No hay que frustrarse porque es normal! Distinto es que pasen años de tratamiento y se siga igual que el primer día, ahí claramente hay algo que falla. Time to perfect your pull up. 👉🏻 Save these tips for next time you're doing pull ups. Perfect Pull Up Technique. . ✔  Hands Shoulder Width Apart . The most commonly used grip is roughly shoulder width apart or just slightly wider. This is the easiest and strongest grip for most, but it is possible to experiment with other grips. . ✔  Full Dead Hang . Start by hanging on the bar as a dead weight, everything is relaxed and as long as possible except for your grip. Your shoulders should be up around your ears. . ✔  Feet Off The Floor . A proper pull up starts with the feet off the floor. Even starting with the smallest amount of foot contact with the floor can make a pull up significantly easier. . ✔  Pull To Active Hang (Protraction, depression, and external rotation) . Often called “packing the shoulders” this is the transition from our dead hang to an active hang. This is an important step to prepare out back muscles and shoulder stabilizers for the upcoming pull up movement so we aren’t just relying on our arm muscles. . ✔  Thoracic extension . This gives us a proud chest posture to our pull ups. Creating an arch in our upper-mid back (thoracic spine) will help us recruit more of our back muscles. . ✔  Elbows In . It’s important that we keep our elbows in line with our wrists. Stacking our wrists, elbows, and shoulders in line with one another allows for a much more smooth and harmonious movement from top to bottom. This achieves a better looking result with less total effort for your body. . ✔  Hollow Body . Create a dish shape with your body. Point your toes towards the floor, your legs are locked straight, tighten and flatten your abs, and pack your shoulders down. This shape transforms a pull up from working a few muscles to a whole body exercise. By sharing tension throughout the whole body we get help from more muscles to make the movement feel easier. . ✔  Chest To The Bar . No goose necking and no hunched shouders! When I was 14 years old I started thinking about lifting. It was mainly because I was 1.87m high and I only weighed 67-70kg. I was skinny and did not like how I look. Even when I got the courage to go to the gym ... Disease destroyed me. I spent nearly a week in the hospital and didn’t eat anything. When I returned home I weighed about 65kg. __ After the recovery, I decided to come back to the gym, however the beginnings were very difficult. I did not know what to do. So I started to watch tons of videos about training and dieting on YouTube. Every day I got more and more motivation. Even though my friends were laughing. I did not give up. The first results, the first progress, began to come. The first day in the gym I weighed 67kg. And after a year I've already weighed 80-81kg. __ It was incredible. I enjoyed the process more and more. I knew more and more about lifting. The exercise filled me. It has become my lifestyle. The next year I started taking lifting more seriously. I've always worked hard. And after two years, I gained from 67 kg to 92 kg. Body talk 🦋 It took me 21 years to love my body. Social media is a platform for comparison, let’s be real. I went from chubby, to extremely skinny, to the point where, I got myself in an eating disorder. I was anorexic for nearly 3 years, lost my period for 2 of them, and lost myself in the process too. Drs would medicate me with a thousand different pills with side effects that were even worse than the illness itself. It took me almost losing my life to wake up, and tell myself “you’re worth at least tying to get better” So I did, I tried. People would call me skinny and ugly, close people too, That would demotivate me, to the point where I would go back to starving, simply cause it felt like home. To not get into details, I decided I was worth every effort I was about to give this, I started working out and eating healthy, that’s what got me into nutrition. It took me almost 4 years to reach a body I liked, and I’m still working on it. I will not let anyone try and tell me that I’m not beautiful enough, skinny enough, or curvy enough, Simply because, I am me, and that is enough. I went from weighing 45 kilograms at 180cms, to not knowing what I weigh at all, I just go by how my clothes feel. I’m proud of me... So if you have anything negative to say, To me or to any girl out there, Make sure to notice, the collateral damage of your words. You don’t know a persons past, or present, so you never know how your words will affect them. We had the best time in adelaide last week! Each time we travel I feel like the twins come back talking so much more! Massephase!! Viele Menschen verstehen unter Massephase, dass man alles in sich reinstopft um einfach Gewicht aufzubauen und eventuell ein wenig breiter auszusehen. Doch das Problem bei dem ganzen ist, dass man sehr viel Fett aufbaut und sehr wenig Muskelmasse. Das nächste Problem ist, dass man danach eine wirklich harte Diät braucht um das viele Fett abzubauen. So eine Diät durchzuziehen schaffen nur wenige. Wenn ich in der sogenannten Massephase bin, versuche ich sauber aufzubauen, ich achte trotzdem sehr auf meine Ernährung, was ich esse und vorallem wann ich es esse. Klar ist, dass man auch hier ein wenig Fett aufbaut, doch dieses bekommt man sehr schnell und sehr leicht wieder weg. Liebe Fitnessfreunde, ein pic von meinem aktuellen Rücken. Ist zwar noch weit von meinen Vorstellungen entfernt, aber ich arbeite hart daran dies zu ändern. - Eins verstehe ich überhaupt nicht. Es gibt Menschen, die ich persönlich kenne, dir mir auch folgen, alle meine Storys anschauen, aber egal welches Foto ich poste, mir einfach kein like geben. Ist es so schwer auf gefällt mir zu drücken? Ich finde wir sollten und gegenseitig supporten und gegenseitig helfen und nicht andersrum. Verstehe den Grund für so ein Verhalten nicht. Ist es der Neid, oder einem etwas nicht gönnen!?? Bin mir sicher, dass ich nicht der einzige bin bei dem es so ist...
