Probiotics are easily one of my top favourite and respected supplements. To me they’re more of a necessity if anything. Just a BASIC run down... Most people that have heard of probiotics know they are for gut health but don’t really understand what that really means. Well you could almost say the stomach is the roots of your health. Most people assume it’s all the brain but the brain only produces roughly 10% and just to be clear neurotransmitters are your happy chemicals and chemicals for overall cognitive function. Examples: serotonin & dopamine. Other then that they also help with digestion, nutrient absorption, healthy bowel movements and immune function.

But that’s not true at all, in reality we all have tummy fat. Our tummies bunch together, make rolls, our skin bends. We all have different bodies.⁣ Don’t let the way you feel about your body stop you from enjoying yourself. ✨6 MONTH TRANSFORMATION✨ . . . . . This is my first transformation post!!! Very exiting and there are definitely many more to come:) . . . ————————- . I remember when I took the bottom photo. It was my 3rd day going to the gym. I remember thinking about how maybe in the future I would want to look back and see how much progress I made. I remember feeling stupid for taking the photo because I felt like there’s was nothing to be taking a picture of. I remember feeling ashamed. I remember feeling weak. Thankfully things have took a strong turn. I know looking at these photos there isn’t much of a physical difference but there is a huge emotional difference. I’ve changed as a person and grown so much in these past six months and I couldn’t be more thankful. Never stop pushing for something you want✨ let’s keep it going 🏋️‍♂️
