Self Love & Care!!! . Life can be busy & we all get consumed in all the tasks we hafta get done 4 the day, the week or watever timeline we have 4 our tasks and goals...a lot of us dont take the time 2 just sit back, relax and pamper ourselves...i will admit i am 1 of those people...and sumtimes i have 2 just take a step back re-evaluate my day or week and re-prioritize wat needs done now...then take like an hr or 2 just 2 sit and relax, maybe watch sum netflix and just enjoy sum me time 😊 . A word of advice...make time 4 urself, whether it be 10 mins here and there, an hr or even a day...u work hard 2 be a mother, father, wife or husband and u deserve 2 pamper urself and love urself...dont let life monopolize all of ur time and make it seem like a chore 2 get thru...take care of urself first cuz if u dont take cqre of urself u cant take care of ur loved ones!!! 💕

I've had tons of people telling me that I look great, I'm getting so small, I'm an inspiration.... And you know the crazy part? All I can see in this picture are my flaws. The cellulite, the jiggly parts, the old me. I just finished one of the hardest workouts I'd ever done and that's what I saw?!!! 🏋️‍♀️ Why don't I see the hard work and determination that has gone into getting healthy? The muscles that I thought were long gone? The 30+ lbs gone? The 2 beautiful girls I grew in there? And it's hard to hear myself say that but it's the truth. Here's the problem....when we reduce ourselves to how we look, we teach other women to do the same. And I used to be okay with being unkind to myself but in doing so, I'm teaching others to do the same. And that's not the kind of space I want my daughters to grow up in. I demand respect. Respect and compassion for ourselves. Grace and understanding. And kindness to everything our beautiful bodies do. So two of my all time favorite ab exercises right now. That rope crunch kills me once I find the right weight. Some people face away from the cable machine but I just dont feel it! So I face the cable machine and try to hold my arms as still as possible to keep the exercise in the abdominals. With these my goal is to crunch where my forehead touches my knees and my elbows touch the ground. I try to do between 15-20 reps. . * The in and outs are great.... I feel a huge burn with these and I'll often superset with some sit ups using a bench. I'll have to get a video of that this weekend! I try to keep my legs parallel with the ground when extended as that really works the lower abs. I shoot for 15-20 as well with these guys. . * I apologize for the crappy filming. So.. heut zeig ich euch mal mein #cellreset Ergebnis! 💁🏼‍♀️ Im November 2017 hab ich mit Cellreset gestartet, da ich von heute auf Morgen extreme Migräne bekommen, kein Arzt konnte mir helfen, keiner konnte sagen woher das kommt. Zudem hatte ich gefühlt jede Woche Blasenentzündung, war alle 1-2 Wochen krank, was ich gar nicht von mir kannte. 🤒🤷🏼‍♀️ war 24/7 einfach total müde, konnte aber in der Nacht einfach nicht schlafen, dadurch war ich total lustlos, hatte keine Lust mehr was zu unternehmen. 💤 Zugenommen hab ich auch einiges ohne das ich an meiner Ernährung was geändert hatte. Durch #cellreset bin ich seit Tag 1 KOMPLETT beschwerdefrei, hatte keinen einzigen Tag mehr Migräne, was wirklich mega is, wenn man die Migräne so extrem hatte wie ich. Und hab das doppelte was ich zugenommen hab wieder abgenommen! 😍🎉 Hab mich ein Jahr lang nach „Plan bzw Empfehlung“ ernährt und mein Gewicht gehalten! 🎉 und das trotz zwei „Fresstagen“ pro Woche! One of the only things that brought my feet, heart and soul to the ground was Serenity and Balance. I reached for it about every 12 minutes to find some sort of peace and calm. And even if it was just for a moment, feeling strong in my core and own mind, I could get through the next 12 minutes. . . I don’t share and “sell” essential oils to just support my family. I believe in the power and gifts this beautiful earth has given us to heal ourselves. I believe mothers feel the weight of the world on our shoulders. I believe my knowledge of natural alternatives very literally gave me strength to carry on and press forward in the thick of meltdowns and inadequacy.
