Here's 2 of my favorite Chest exercises and how I use them ⬇️ . 1️⃣Machine Chest Press I do this movement usually after I'm done with the main exercise which is bench press, it removes the need to balance the weight but I can still push relatively HEAVY weight even though my chest is a little fatigued from benching. This should probably be one of the first exercises you do. 2️⃣Cable flys This exercise is usually towards the end of my workout or in most cases the last exercise because it pretty much helps you ISOLATE the chest after all the compound movements are done. There's no need to go super heavy here, you just want to get a good STRETCH and SQUEEZE. BAD WORKOUT PROGRAM VS. GREAT WORKOUT PROGRAM by @kruckifitness - When it comes to building muscle, you want to optimize your routine as best you can to see the best results in the quickest amount of time. This is why the typical "Bro-Split", in which you train everything at most once a week, isn't the best approach because you don't get the chance to use a ton of frequency for each body part. - For a more optimal program, look at the one on the right. This is a great program. You get to train each muscle twice a week, leading to more volume, leading to more gains over time. Also, your body parts will recover better since there's actually less work for each body part per workout. For example, if you only have one chest day a week, most people are probably obliterating their chest in that workout, making it hard to recover from. Great post TRAINING DONE WRONG VS. TRAINING DONE RIGHT by  @kruckifitness - Taking the wrong approaches to certain aspects of your training can really slow your progress. If you learn to master these certain things, you're putting yourself in a much better position for long term gains. - First off, use a workout routine that fits your schedule. If you are on a 6 day push/pull/legs split but can really only go to the gym 4 times a week, then you're not maximizing your chances to grow. If you can only go to the gym 4 days a week, use an upper/lower split. Make sure, along with a routine that fits your schedule, to train your body parts 2-3x/week. Whether you're training 3,4,5 or 6 days a week, you can still get a lot of volume on all body parts. Spreading out the training of your body parts to multiple times a week will force more frequency on it, and will be easier to do rather than obliterating a body part once a week. Third, train heavy, by training for both strength and hypertrophy. Many will only train light and go for the pump. These people usually don't make as much progress. Lastly, STAY CONSISTENT! the routine you're on won't bring great results if you are not consistent with it. You can't expect to see great results if you are constantly skipping workouts multiple times a week. After work, I hit the gym. I currently follow a full body split which may turn back into a push/pull split soon. I go intense and I go with a purpose. Finally, I get home and unwind and get ready for bed, 8 to 9 hours before I repeat this whole thing again.
