💥 HORSESHOE TRICEPS 💥 . Since the tricep is considered a “push” muscle, it’s activated during almost all compound pushing movements.. . That’s why I enjoy the push/pull split so much. My triceps get plenty of activation even when I’m working my chest and shoulders.. . Although they receive a lot of activation during compound pushing movements, they still deserve their own time and attention to properly grow. . . Close Grip Dumbell Press is one of my favorite exercises to focus on and put more tension on the triceps. . . After all, tension=growth! 💪🏽

Here's 2 of my favorite Chest exercises and how I use them ⬇️ . 1️⃣Machine Chest Press I do this movement usually after I'm done with the main exercise which is bench press, it removes the need to balance the weight but I can still push relatively HEAVY weight even though my chest is a little fatigued from benching. This should probably be one of the first exercises you do. 2️⃣Cable flys This exercise is usually towards the end of my workout or in most cases the last exercise because it pretty much helps you ISOLATE the chest after all the compound movements are done. There's no need to go super heavy here, you just want to get a good STRETCH and SQUEEZE. After work, I hit the gym. I currently follow a full body split which may turn back into a push/pull split soon. I go intense and I go with a purpose. Buckle up !A belt should be just stiff enough so you can put it on and it stays in place during exercise. The @bsdgear belt is 4” (10cm) in width throughout. The lever gives the ability to cinch tighter than one would be able to with the standard prong belt and has a quick release feature to unbuckle at the end of the lift. . The most obvious feature that differentiates the two kinds of belts is their width. A B.S.D. powerlifting belt(right) runs approximately 4 inches wide and is consistent all around, while a weightlifting belt (left) typically features a 4 inch-width for the back support part, but dramatically tapers off in the front. Some weightlifting belts may also have extra padding in the back, but the padding won’t do much for back protection. . Thickness provides that stiffness to keep your spine from bending like a Slinky. Resulting in a ‘smaller’ look. ⠀ Losing fat ensures you retain your muscle (may even build some) during a cutting phase. It allows you to look more toned as a result of having more muscle mass. ⠀ Losing weight whether or not you end up looking ‘smaller’ or more ‘toned’ is still a major achievement. ⠀ Looking ‘smaller’ is a goal for many individuals, however if you want to look your best it’s important to spend some time learning about the basics of nutrition and training. ⠀ Learning about what nutrients you need and how much you should eat to achieve your goals is a crucial part of the transformation process. ⠀ In the beginning of my fitness journey I was misinformed. When I tried to lose fat, I ate too little, didn’t get enough protein and I was doing way too much cardio. What ended up happening was I lost ‘weight’ and looked ‘small’. ⠀ I’ve learned my lesson since.
