Many will deny their deception, but it is clear that they are lying, but they cannot confess drug use, because they will appear untrustworthy and their business will be destroyed. But I’m here to dispel some myths on this exercise and why it might not be the best for glutes, and overrated. - - 🔹Most females have weak controlling strength in the glutes. Meaning with cables you’re just using momentum a lot of the time. Rather then isolating like you think. This means minimal muscle recruitment 🔹Lower back gets used more then glutes often in this exercise. 🔹 You can add tension to the glutes by squeezing. However you can’t use mischief load.
