Main target - Brachialis
Benefits - your bicep will look bigger, stabilizer muscles
The brachialis is the muscle between your bicep and tricep, working in this will make your arm have more size.
The brachialis also is in conjunction with the brachioradialis and these two together help aid in the flexion of your elbow.
Doing preacher curls will help with stabilizer miscles!
I always superset when I do preacher curls, I do either a heavy set of curls with (65 pound dumbbells) for 5 reps each arm and then do my preachers for 8 reps each arm. Another thing I will superset with is tricep pushdowns, if I’m doing triceps and biceps instead of just biceps that day!
