▪️Ever tried. Ever fail. No matter. Try again. Fail again. Fail better▪️
It’s been awhile since I’ve been able to do my “crazy” workouts (as some of you call it😜) and to be honest, I miss doing them and making shit up in my head! It’s fun and keeps my workout interesting!
I used to be able to do this workout below⤵️, off the bosu ball, with no problem! But it’s been months ( #PostPregnancy 🤱🏼) since I’ve done it so it’s a challenge for me now...but I LOVE IT!!! It took me several takes just to get these 5 seconds down but I kept trying and didn’t give up! Then I decided to push myself and do it off the foam roller! Then I did the exercise regularly. It’s fun, give it a try!!
So what, I didn’t get it today...TOMORROW is a brand new day!
Just because something is hard or you failed or you can’t do it right away, doesn’t mean you just give up and stop. It should be MOTIVATION for you to try harder and push yourself more! Love the challenge! NEVER QUIT! You fail if you stop trying!!!
➡️ But try these exercises off a bosu ball, foam roller, or just using the floor! Great for your upper body strength and core!
