After an unmotivating week, I’m back. This week has been busy & I got my first workout done today. The week may already be half way over, but it’s never too late to get your mind RIGHT & get those habits going!
Exercise brings mental clarity, endorphins & brings that fire🔥 for me, this summers schedule is busy, so I’ve been running less & thats O K A Y. Right now I’m enjoying all the strength workouts, walks, early mornings, days of sleeping in, coffee & healthy meals.
Live your life for you. Keep your goals in check. And don’t forget to enjoy the little moments as they come 💛✨
