S E L F L O V E // Is looking at your reflection, and noticing the things you appreciate. It’s having an inner voice that reminds you of your achievements, your kindest qualities. It’s spending time with people who want you to shine your brightest. It’s a gentleness, an acceptance of all that you are. And an acknowledgement that society is most often about self-improvement, focused on doing more, having more, being more. So maybe your self-love journey is learning to be ok exactly as you are, no need to do/have/be more in this moment. You are enough.
