The low seated row machine is excellent for the back in general. Many times when people experience shoulder injury(especially fellas) its because all they are focusing on at the gym is their chest, so it creates imbalance and injury. Make sure to work your back equally if not more. Here I am using the close grip which targets the lats. Also works the rhomboids between the shoulders, traps, and biceps. I like to rotate by focusing on upper lats and lower. This is done by pulling to the chest or pulling to the abdomen area. You can do 5-6 reps of each for 10-12 total in 3-5 sets. Ideally explode as quickly as possible when pulling then do a 3 to 4 second negative. I'm starting off with the basics now but will be showing more advanced techniques in the future. And remember, the quickest way to change the mind is to change the body!
