After having a nightmare last night about the two of us, we got out for some quality time together today 🥰 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The idea was to go for a steady run together.... Bon Bon’s beagle nose had other ideas. Stop start stop start so it soon became a walk/sprint interval hour 😂 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ This wasn’t ‘training’ it was quality time in the fresh air with my puppy 🐶 and just look at those smiles 😁

I set mini goals for myself at work, home and in my fitness journey. Doing this gives me a sense of accomplishment and a high from achievement. Duha k obědu😍 . 🌈50g sójových kostek jsem uvařila podle návodu. Po uvaření jsem z nich vymačkala vodu a dala péct s kokosovým olejem a kořením do trouby na 190°C cca 25 minut. 🌈Uvařila jsem brambory, mrkev, brokolici a hrášek. Po změknutí jsem udělala bramborovou, mrkvovou a brokolicovo hráškovou kaši. Portanto independentemente se vc "sente" pegar outra área do tríceps quando muda a pegada, saiba que a ciência está pouco se fodendo para os seus sentimentos e fazer 3 séries dos três num mesmo treino é a mesma coisa que fazer 9 séries de apenas um deles. . - A mudança de estímulo nos tríceps TESTA e FRANCÊS vem pela mudança da angulação de flexão/extensão de ombro (angulação do seu úmero (braço) em relação ao seu tronco), uma vez que a cabeça longa do tríceps tem sua origem no tubérculo infraglenoidal da escápula e participa no movimento de extensão de ombro.
