I believe in taking care of myself and maintaining a lean and powerful body striving each day of self improvement. Even though I just woken up I won't eat for the first 8 hours, to blunt my hunger I drink sparkling water. In the mornig I practice a stretching routine and 10 minutes of meditation and 15 minutes of jumping rope, I can jump faster now. After, in the shower I use an herbal natural shampoo and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial mask which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine.  I always use a lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final protective macadamia oil for the hair. There is an idea of a Cristian Adan, some kind of abstraction, but there is no real me, only an entity, something illusory, and though I can hide my cold gaze and you can shake my hand and feel flesh gripping yours and maybe you can even sense our lifestyles are probably comparable: I simply am not there. #psycho #hollywood #physique #morningritual #meditation #back #movie #christianbale #bateman #american #best #shape #hair

One of my most recent figurative pieces. I presented this painting for the first time last weekend and have had some great feedback to it. People have been enjoying the color palette. You often hear to fix your shoulder blades during the rowing movements. But how do you contract your muscles that isn’t stretched in the first place? Pull the shoulder blades away as much as possible during the eccentric contraction and tighten them during the concentric contraction. The important point is to fix the lower back.
