Aujourd’hui c’était legs/épaisseur dos/triceps 💪🏼 Gras comme un cochon (nan faut pas déconner non plus!) à +4kg en 20 jours, on est sur la bonne voie 😄 Par contre ça congestionne tellement que j’ai vu le moment où je devais appeler quelqu’un pour m’aider à enlever mon débardeur (le 50/50 n’a pas marché et le vote du public était trop incertain, oui je sors!!) DECLINE BENCH BICYCLE KICKS _ This is a fun little ab exercise that you probably haven't seen many people do before. Rather than just laying flat on your back, why not try and make this exercise more challenging by doing it on a decline bench. This exercise is not tremendously difficult for me unless I do a lot of reps but it may be for you. Your core has to be pretty strong to be able to hold the lower half your your body statically in the air. If your core is not strong enough I don't think this exercise will be too beneficial for you because the majority of the stress put on your core is during the static hold in order to stabilize your body in mid air. If you are strong enough to do this, try kicking your legs at a steady pace and really squeeze your core every rep. A lot of people like to rush through their ab exercises and try to get to 10 reps as fast a possible, that should never be the case. You always wanna take your time and really focus on engaging your core the entire exercise if you want to get the most out of it. Two sessions in yesterday. All Upper push and pull. Ended with back pulling 45's but will be back up to my regular 55's soon. Seems like it's been too long since I have gotten to really focus on my own physique with scheduling. Eating has been bare minimal which is crap for gaining mass. I feel motivated to get back to MY progress. Straight arm pull down. Best lat isolation movement you'll find. Better than a pullover as you have constant tension. Your upper back and arms won't take over as they do in pulldowns/pullups and rows. Use these as a pre exhaust at the beggining, or a post exhaust at the end of the workout. Literally this is now one of my favorite pictures ever. . . There will be times in life where you are going to have to grow. Adding stuff to your life or to your personality that will make you a better version of yourself. Every single day I do exactly that. Before I started bodybuilding I was going to go down a very bad road. If I continued on that road I’d probably be in jail right now. But luckily I learned at a very young age that changing who you are is not necessarily bad. if you do it in a positive way then it’s necessary for your life. Again no one is perfect not even a little but let’s all strive to become perfect.

Today I went to the gym with 3 “problems” I could have easily used as an excuse. 1. I only had 40 minutes to spare 2. The gym was packed, almost every machine was taken 3. I had no clue what muscle to train, because I’ve been so out of it lately. I easily could have left the gym & had “valid” excuses, but I saw an open cable machine & made it all work. I did 4 sets of 12, of each exercise & boy was I DRENCHING. Fitness doesn’t mean 2 hour workouts. It doesn’t mean hitting 20 machines in one workout. It doesn’t even have to be training one specific muscle. Lesson of the day: take whatever circumstances you’re given, (a pair of dumbbells, 20 minutes to spare, 1 machine) and make it WERK. Excuses aren’t valid unless you make them valid, and they definitely won’t get you anywhere 💪🏽💕
