There are many who swing front and back with heavy loads. Always ensure that your lat muscles are being worked upon in the most efficient manner. Je parlais de progression sur la dernière publication en terme de force et voici une physique entre avril 2017 et octobre 2018. Le dos plus large plus sec plus dense même si il ya encore du travail à faire. (par contre va comprendre pourquoi les arrieres d'épaules sont à ce point en avance sur le reste de la chaîne postérieur 😅) On dit souvent que tout vient à point à qui sait attendre cette citation est incomplète car oui il faut du temps mais surtout du travail je dirais que tout vient à point à qui travail 💪. Small progress is still progress 💪🏼 Two years ago I had completely no muscle on my back/arms, I was just a skinny chick convinced that eating little was the way for having a nice and healthy body 🤔 When you start building muscle, you realize that you can eat a crazy amount of food because your body is hungry as hell, what is important is choosing the right kind of food to fuel your body. 🍤 Just to say, I literally doubled the calories intake compared to two years ago (before, I ate around 1000/1200 kcal/day, now more than 2000). 🎉 And on my cheat days I get ashamed for what I am able to eat 🙄🍰🍫 (I am particularly gluttonous with sweets, this is why I am so sweet too 😂)

IT WON’T KILL YOU. I have been telling myself this all week. I just feel like coming back into school I’ve been dragging my feet a little. I guess maybe I’m hesitant to go full throttle in school, in the gym, and in work. And so I say it won’t kill you. We are all so busy with our lives and selves that in the business although getting things done you may not be putting your best effort forward. I totally get that but honestly if anything is worth doing it’s worth doing right, so push and push hard for your quiz grades, for your last HARD rep, and for the respect you deserve. This workout really tested my mind come the end in terms of not letting myself quit before I’ve finished my reps. 15 deadlifts @115lbs 30 doubleunders 15 DL 60 DU 15 DL 90 DU No deadlift left behind! Always set your shoulders back, lock out your knees in the top and for goodness sakes, SQUEEZE your butt, pushing your hips forward to hit your rep. If you can not string Your doubleunders together or uncomfortable with DUs all together you can either do: 1. single DU reps with a single between them to keep a consistent and constant movement. Focus more on spinning the rope faster rather than jumping higher, you will find a rhythm. Or, 2. Do 60,120,180 single spins When you start your last set of DU, count in tens. You’re human so it hurts like hell but your strong so I know that you are capable of 10 reps. So start there. Then do 10 more. Make your body and your mind work together. Build your endurance. Finally! A page dedicated to fitness and wellness only! Today I did a grinder of a lift. 5 rounds of 20 back squats, 70lbs 20 lunges w/ a plate, 25lbs 20 thrusters, 45lbs Followed by a few chest exercises to get that complete fatigued feeling. This exercise is one I kinda played with a little to find the form and muscle targeting that I wanted. Begin with a rear delt rotation to a standing chest fly position. Reset each motion back to set with the weight held in a small squat and arms engaged even in the bottom above your thighs. continue with a front raise lifting not your palms to the ceiling but focus on pushing your triceps/elbows up and forward to finish one rep! 4 sets of 10-12, feel the burn babes
