1-Fatiga constante Aun cuando se duerme bien, se puede experimentar fatiga si es que se tienen muchas toxinas en el cuerpo. Esto pasa porque el cuerpo gasta más energía de la cuenta tratando de eliminar estas toxinas.Por lo general las personas cuando sienten esta fatiga recurren a comer dulces o a tomar café, pero esto empeora aún más la situación ya que acumulamos más y más toxinas. 2-Aumento de peso persistente Sabemos que perder peso no es fácil, pero si aún poniéndole todo el esfuerzo en el ejercicio y comiendo saludable, aún así sientes que no bajas de peso puede que tengas un problema hormonal causado por estas toxinas. 3-Mal aliento Aunque te cepillas los dientes con muchas frecuencias no logras quitar el mal aliento, esto pasa cuando el mal aliento deja de estar relacionado con las bacterias de la boca y el sistema digestivo, y pasa a ser un problema de toxinas, el mal aliento constante es señal de que el hígado se está esforzando por limpiar estás toxinas. 4-Estreñimiento A través de los intestinos día a día nos deshacemos de los desechos y las toxinas que el cuerpo no necesita, pero cuando estamos estreñidos la acumulación de toxinas aumenta lo que impacta negativamente en el funcionamiento del cuerpo en general. Originaire de l'Inde, c'est une technique de massage traditionnel qui consiste à masser les zones réflexes du pied à l'aide d'un petit bol constitué d'un alliage de 5 métaux, principalement cuivre, zinc, bronze. Le bol a pour propriété d'absorber les excès de chaleur du corps ou inversement de compenser le manque de chaleur du corps. En même temps, il équilibre les 5 éléments : Terre, Eau, Feu, Air et Éther qui, selon les principes de l'Ayurvéda, sont les composants fondamentaux de l'être humain. Les manoeuvres de pressions glissées, de rotations profondes ou plus légères au niveau de la cheville et de la plante du pied détendent le système nerveux et aident à la circulation sanguine. En Inde, c'est le premier massage que les enfants apprennent ; dès l'âge de 3 ans 1/2 / 4 ans, l'enfant commence à masser ses parents ou ses grands-parents avec le bol. Ce massage a pour propriété d'équilibrer AGNI (l'élément Feu de l'Ayurvéda), c'est à dire qu'il va diminuer l'excès de feu (caractérisé par une plante de pied qui devient parfois noire au cours du massage), ou augmenter l'énergie de cet élément si elle n'est pas assez puissante. Les pensées positives reviennent, la vitalité renaît. Antes de falar sobre os famosos "Doshas", gostaria de introduzir um tema que para mim é o mais importante para quem busca a saúde e bem-estar: a DIGESTÃO. . 🥦Hoje em dia muito se fala da importância em comer "comida de verdade", evitando alimentos industrializados. Agora, não adianta escolhermos o melhor alimento, se não tivermos uma boa capacidade digestiva para metabolizar corretamente os nutrientes e transformá-los em tecidos e energia. . 🔥Para a Ayurveda, quem tem um bom AGNI, que é o "fogo digestivo", é capaz de transformar veneno em néctar. Em contrapartida, quem tem uma capacidade digestiva fraca, pode converter néctar em veneno. . 👩🏻‍🍳Assim como precisamos controlar a intensidade do fogo ao cozinhar, evitando que esteja muito alto a ponto de queimar o alimento, ou muito baixo fazendo com que o alimento não cozinhe o suficiente, devemos aprender a entender e melhorar a nossa capacidade digestiva. . 😋A forma mais simples de sabermos como está nosso Agni é observarmos nossa FOME. O fato de estarmos com fome, pode ser um sinal de que estamos com um bom Agni para digerirmos o que vamos comer em seguida. Estou falando de fome de verdade... Here’s one of my absolute favourite nurturing Ayurvedic meals, savoury pot pie. I make two and freeze one of them. I’m lucky to not be celiacs since I can have a bit of wheat once in a while, the crust is made with whole wheat pastry flour, the filling is celery, onion, ginger, sweet potato, green beans, and the topping is almond flour and sesame seeds. We have it for dinner then for breakfast and when we woke up to snow this morning it was perfect. I’ve been cooking out of The Ayurveda Cookbook for Westerners for over 10 years and the recipes soothe my dosha which gets pretty wonky at this time of the year with the dry air, cold wind and indoor heat, so I find that following the Ayurveda guidelines for Vata dosha and the Fall help me so much. #ayurveda #ayurvedacooking #ayurvedalifestyle #yogini #homecooking #potpies

As it turns out, a lot of us are feeling lonely . Stay with me . Sometimes, we mistake our loneliness for exhaustion . I have noticed in myself and in others a sort of permanent state of exhaustion. And last week I had a personal revelation about this. . What else are we in a permanent state of? . Disconnection . When we mistake loneliness for exhaustion we unconsciously adopt the belief that we need to isolate ourselves in order to fill up. But the truth is, no amount of isolation will fill the void. In fact, no amount of external gratification is going to fill the void. The only think that fills the void is... Love . And I'm talking about ALL forms of Love. . Love is partnership, friendship, time in nature, creativity, service, connection to source. . Love is the container for: . compassion forgiveness belonging gratitude creativity empathy play joy . When was the last time any of the above made you exhausted? . Seriously, think about it . Love is the only renewable resource .
