I’M BAACCKKK! (Not with a salad, but I’m still back)😁 . Easing myself in with a super yummy veggie nacho bowl🤤 . I used a weight watchers wrap (hexB)🍞 and baked it in the oven in a small pan to get the bowl shape for 4 mins and then took it out and placed it upside down on the baking tray for a further 5 mins till browned. . As that was cooking we made a veggie chilli using kidney beans (free), onions (s), tomatoes (s)🍅, chopped tomatoes (free) and tons of herbs and spices. . This was added to the baked wrap with 40g reduced fat cheese (hexA)🧀, 25g doritos (6 syns) and jalapeños (s)🌶 and baked till the cheese was melted. . Baby Avocado. Uma fofura comestível 🥑. Não tem tanta diferença no sabor com relação ao abacate comum. A vantagem é que é perfeito para levar na bolsa/mochila/lancheira e comer no lanche. A desvantagem é o preço, que é muito mais caro. Tem a questão também da gente valorizar os alimentos da nossa cultura, da nossa região. 🥑 AVO FOREVER 🥑 ➡️I used to think eating carbs was a SIN and it would ruin my goals. Now I think I eat enough granola and avo toast for an army... if you are depriving your body of carbs it is most probably the affecting your work outs and sanity. I’m not telling you to go swim in a bowl of pasta but adding whole grains such as GG crackers, fiber one cereal, ezekiel bread, buckwheat, corn and spelt are all examples of whole grain foods. BBQ Chicken & Sweet Potato Fries Super simple and healthy dinner for Father’s Day. The chicken is marinaded with @sbrbbq sweet baby rays bbq sauce + @traderjoes bbq/siracha sauce. The sweet potatoes are seasoned and baked on a baking rack, using avocado oil spray to get them brown and crispy. . . . BBQ Chicken 4 chicken breasts 2 cups @sbrbbq bbq sauce 1/2 cup @traderjoes bbq siracha sauce Salt + pepper Season #chicken and add to ziploc bag with #bbq sauces. Toss and marinade 4 hours (ideally overnight). Heat grill to “grill temp” (400-500 degrees). Add chicken to hottest part of the grill over the flame and cook 2-3 mins. Turn chicken 90 degrees (do not flip). Cook 2-3 more mins. Turn chicken and cook 2-3 mins and then turn 90 degrees for 2-3 more mins. Total cooking time is 8-12 mins. Turning 90 degrees helps chicken cook evenly and gets crosswise grill marks ✔️✔️✔️ Let chicken rest under foil for 5-10 mins before serving/slicing. . . Sweet Potato Fries 2 sweet potatoes (washed, roughly peeled, and sliced into 1/2 fries) Avocado oil spray #Pepper + #cumin + #paprika + #chili powder + #brownsugar (Salt at the end) Preheat oven to 425. Toss #sweetpotato fries with avocado oil spray and seasonings. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and add a baking sheet on top. Line fries in single layer on baking rack. Someone once on #twitch asked me why I am so angry about this? Well, I think that #oregon hasn't been getting good rep and other then actively trying to make it a joke they don't want a good chef. This *was* a Beyond Avocado taco from @deltaco and it was very good. I liked it better than the Beyond Meat cheeseburger I had last week. There wasn't much avocado on it so maybe get the one without and add your own. Taco seasoning covers a lot but it can't hide texture and I thought it was better than regular beef. That being said, you can't taste the Beyond Meat because of the seasoning, tomatoes, etc so this would be good if someone is nervous about the whole thing or you simply want a healthier alternative and are sick of chicken. #BeyondMeat #taco #avocado #mexicanfood #phoenix

Minced Beef Nachos with fresh homemade Pico de Gallo and Guacamole 😀 In the Pico de Gallo I put onion, jalapeños, lime juice, salt, a red chilli, some coriander and ripe tomatoes. The guacamole is super simple with just Avacado, lime juice, garlic, some coriander and salt. For the beef I made a spice mix from a recipe I found on simplyrecipes.com. An easy mix of chilli powder, salt, garlic granules, onion granules, cumin, oregano, black pepper and cayenne pepper. Fry off the beef in a pan with the spices and drain off any fat. Spread the corn chips on a pan and cook in the oven for about five minutes then top with cheese, then the beef and then more cheese. I broke my fast today with coffee and some homemade kefir.
