Using the same weight you bring your elbows behind the midsection of your body for the Drag curl. Doing so with your elbows will allow you to hit the big head of your bicep more effectively. Both you’ll want to take your sets to failure. 2. Rocking Pulldown - A great workout for your back and lats.
