🗣 “Never stop doing great just because someone doesn’t give you credit”..
The more and more I look at this photo, the more and more I think it’s photoshopped 😂😂. May the Deadlift gods smile upon you today!!
🤔Man I remember this day so vividly. I was filming my YouTube video for Proper Deadlift Form, and i went in expecting just a normal session. WHAT I DIDNT expect, was to PR that day..
🏋🏻♂️Now my all time PR isn’t CRAY CRAY (it’s like 520lbs). Yes, I know, not impressive to all y’all powerlifters out there 😂. But this day wasn’t the 520 day. No it was a different milestone. I was training Deadlifts VERY seriously for months because I wanted a GREAT Deadlift PR. On this day I was crushing 405 for 5 reps and I felt AMAZING!!
🎖I knew with constant effort and willpower, that I was going to crush the goal I set for myself. Ideally, it’s smart to plan out your attack. I wrote a small note to myself in the beginning of the year for little PRs that I wanted to accomplish. Let me tell you, I nailed them all. That’s not to brag or anything; it’s to show you what a little planning and work ethic will give you.
