+++ BACK HOME +++ Zwei Wochen Ägypten sind vorbei und die erste Nacht im eigenen Bettchen war ein Traum ❤ Ich bin halt bekennender Heimschläfer 🤷‍♀️ Ich fühle mich nicht zu 100% erholt, was sicher auch daran lag, dass ich in der ersten Woche doch wieder krank war und das auch immer noch nicht ganz weg ist. I am a mum of 4, with TWO different jobs/ careers. It’s not easy for me because my job IS fitness, I do have a growing online nutrition/ fitness coaching business, but that is just a fraction of what fills my days. I’m a stylist in a salon, im also a freelance stylist. So when I hear ‘ I’m too busy to food prep or get to the gym, soz Hun but that don’t wash with me🙅‍♀️ you get what you put In.... My Tips on how to stick to/ achieve your #fitness goals . .get up an hour early to get that training session in if you prefer to train before work. . .invest in some equipment to have at home! My cross trainer that I got off gum tree for next to nothing is a god send! And my free weights and home gym means I can literally roll out of bed and train if I know I can’t get to the gym. . .set time aside to food prep. If you are walking out of the house un prepared, your setting yourself up to grab food your not meant to. . . Prep convenient food! 2 minutes microwave rices, frozen veg to just soften in the mic and left to cool and frozen chicken ( so much cheaper) . .spices, you will never see me eating plain, bland veg and meat.... life’s too short for that shit🤢 . . Learn how to track calories and macros. Or get yourself a coach who knows their shit to help you ( game changer) .
