I have to admit.... Having to track, weigh, calculate, weigh, stress, weigh and plan out everything you eat is hard work. It is annoying, tedious and can be super frustrating. There are days (like yesterday) where I just want to stop, eat that pasta, have that fast food and drink that latte but I know that my body feels like crap, mentally and physically, when I do.
The last thing I wanted to be doing at 8 PM last night was weighing out everything for a green smoothie.
I need a nap in a bad way today.
