My Biggest obstacle was my fear of lifting weights
Meet Cathy her obstacle was a fear of lifting weights she had very little strength in her arms and was worried about everyone else being able to lift huge weights
Now Cathy is doing what she never thought possible before and her confidence is accelerating

A family member had been going to Mel for a while and was getting such good results from his program, so when I saw him advertise additional spaces I signed up right away.
I felt sluggish and noticed my clothes getting tighter - I knew something had to be done.
My first impression of the program was that it is easy to follow. Everything is explained in simple terms and Mel is always on hand to give advice and answer any questions.
Over the last 12 weeks, I've noticed myself moving onto heavier weights which I had never thought possible before. I've also managed to not only lose weight but also gain some extra muscle.
The biggest result though is that I feel better about myself and my clothes are back to fitting like they used to!
I now know how to control the portion sizes of my meals, before it was a case of filling the empty space on the plate with as many carbs as possible.
I love attending class each week. That's something I have never been able to say before. Everyone is so supportive and we have a lot of laughs along with hard work.
I would recommend Mel to anyone, whether that be someone looking to make their first step towards exercise or someone who would like to try something new.
