AM Ab session !! I personally do abs with my cardio session . I think my abs are a weak point but I dont enjoy doing them. So my answer to that , is doing them first & do it in a circuit. So todays cook up is hanging ab raises, ball crunches and some palloff presses ( I probably mis-spelled the last one. The Palloff press is anti-rotation , you want to keep your belly button as close to your spine as possible. In other words “Suck that gut in”!!!!!. also dont forget to squeeze your glutes to stabilize the spine. When doing the hanging raises , its important to flex the trunk or else it all hip flexors. The job of the abs is to flex the trunk , keep that in mind when picking exercises for abs.
The other was ball crunches with a cable machine , which is a simple way to get full range of motion.
