PHOTO TIP - HISTOGRAM - To capture the best exposure and dynamic range, ignore what the image preview looks like on the camera’s LCD. Instead, use the histogram. When shooting, many of us rely on the LCD when determining if the image is exposed correctly. This is one of the single biggest causes of exposure mistakes. Google “Histogram” for more detailed information on how to use the histogram. It’s a little to detailed to explain in this post.
