Whipped up a little something tonight to feed my sweet 🦷.. super easy, diet friendly, ridiculously good. 🤤
For this dessert, you will want to make it fit your macros! 🤤😋
Chocolate Lava Protein Mug Cake:
1 scoop @1stphorm Level 1 German Chocolate Cake Protein
1/3 a @1stphorm Level -1 Chocolate Crunch Bar
1/4 cup of almond/ coconut milk
1/2 tsp of baking powder
Couple drops of stevia
1 tsp peanut butter
Coconut Cool Whip .
In a mug combine the protein powder and the milk and beat together, add in stevia and baking powder and mix well again. Chop up 1/4 of the level one bar and drop in the middle of the mixture. Place in microwave for 35-45 seconds keeping an eye on it that is doesn’t overflow. .
Flip mug over onto plate and drizzle with peanut butter. Serve with a side of cool whip and chocolate crunch bar crumbles. 🤤🤤
