This week, the post-school germs 🦠 tried to creep into our family, and I gave that a big fat NOPE.
I could feel my ears tickle and my body aching by about Wednesday, then sinus pressure Thursday, and Conner’s nose was stuffing up on Monday and Tuesday. I jumped into overdrive to take care of our bodies so it didn’t turn into anything bigger, since people around us have been dropping like flies. Today, we are all feeling great! Here’s what we did:
1️⃣ Used immunity roller 2x a day on spine and feet.
2️⃣Lots and lots and lots of water
3️⃣Eucalyptus, RC, and lavender in the diffusers
4️⃣Sniffleease on chest and sinuses
5️⃣Roller of lavender, lemon, and peppermint on forehead for head tension and muscle tension
6️⃣2 teaspoons a day of elderberry syrup
7️⃣Mightyvites and Mightypro vitamins and probiotics for C, vitamin D chewable and super C chewable for me, and Multigreens
8️⃣Epsom salt bath at night for C with a drop of RC
9️⃣Humidifier by the bed for both of us
Feeling 💯times better today. But I’m not letting my routine slip just because we are feeling better— we’ll be keeping this regimen up all season.
