When working with injuries, sometime question like why these happened. Often I don’t know the answer so I simply said I don’t know. But will knowing the reason how and why anything had happened only can bring us into prevention for what we can do better than before. For the healing itself needing compassion and patience and self resilience that despite how big or small their injuries are, it’s all in their own hand.
There is things other can help when we talk about body movement post injury, or operations, or mental injuries, but the process itself only time and your own body and your mental capacity to believe that your body beyond believe are capable to do #magical things.
