Siempre hay que consumir proteínas, lípidos e hidratos de carbono, pero ANTES de entrenar consume carbohidratos complejos; de índice glucemico bajo ya que se absorven lentamente y nos dan energía a largo plazo. DESPUÉS de entrenar consume carbohidratos simples de esa manera los absorbe rápidamente el cuerpo. Aquí tenéis mi nuevo récord en press militar, 5x5 con 75kg y después de eso 1 repetición con 85kg, decir que se ve diferente porque apagaron las luces en el gym, pero no me quería ir sin probar esos 85kg jiji. Ahora a seguir con la progresión y poco más, los 90kg están cerca.
