Se tem uma coisa que desamina toda pessoa que está em processo de emagrecimento, é o momento em que a balança para de mexer. 😭 E aí que pessoas desistem e colocam todo o resultado a perder. Mas vcs tem ideia do porque isso ocorre? 🤷🏼‍♀️ A explicação não é muito simples mas vou tentar ser o mais clara possível. 📎 Quando precisamos perder peso, é inevitável que tenhamos que fazer algum tipo de restrição calórica, independentemente do tipo de dieta que optamos seguir. A restrição calórica por um período prolongado de tempo, gera redução do metabolismo basal, isto é, da quantidade de kcal que precisamos para sobreviver. 😟 Isso ocorre, porque a glândula tireóide age de maneira a compensar esse déficit calórico. E com isso também surgem sintmomas di tipo: sono, fadiga, cansaço, indisposição 😴❌ Mas nutri, por que a restrição funciona por um tempo e depois para de funcionar? Isso ocorre porque a resposta metabólica não ocorre no momento que iniciamos uma restrição, e sim ao longo do tempo. E é por isso que dietas muitos restritas não funcionam ❌🍠 E tem alguma coisa que a gente possa fazer pra aumentar o metabolismo? É claro que tem abençoado! 👏🏽😍 E acho que vocês já sabem a resposta. Não, não é termogênico! 🤣 🏋🏼‍♀️E X E R C Í C I O gente linda, exercício! O exercício vai servir para compensar essa ⬇️ de metabolismo, e, se houver ⬆️ do % de massa magra, também teremos ⬆️ do metabolismo basal. I hadn’t been able to swim since last week because the college pool was closed for break so it was amazing to see the improvements I was able to make in ONE SESSION simply incorporating the tips and some of the drills I got from folks last time. Everyone ❤️ ‘s pushups, right? 😂 . I love love LOVE using a Pilates circle (or ring, as they’re also called) for my pushups. I think they’re the best tool to help you gain the strength, confidence, and proper alignment/muscle memory whether you’re a beginner or you’re advanced. The reason being is that they help you keep your alignment and core engaged throughout the whole exercise, rather than dumping weight into your shoulders, lower back, and wrists (a big complaint I hear in a lot in classes!) There’s also resistance on the way down and back up - which is a nice bonus! . So how do I do this? . You want to make sure you place your circle vertically in the middle of the mat and line your sternum up with the handle - otherwise it’ll either dig into your chest or fling out from underneath of you 😂 Place your hands shoulder width apart, fingers spread wide apart. Then step your feet back into either a modified plank or full plank. Engage your core and inhale as you bend your elbows and exhale as you slowly push back up. You’ll be amazed at how many more you can do! Repeat 10 times .... or 32 a day for my 1000 pushup challenge this month 😉 . BRAVO! YOU DID IT! 👏 👏 👏 . Have you used a Pilates circle before? 230kg for 5 10kg up from last week was a bit of a struggle after heavy dead’s yesterday but with still a good few sessions to go before London’s Strongest I’m hoping to be hitting 250kg for reps which should give me a nice 1rm on the day triple body weight is my goal. Balance- the key i found was to find what works for YOU.🌟 ~ Story time..i’ve struggled BAD with binging post show. I’m talking blowing up 20lbs within 2 weeks post show. No self control, negative self image, and compulsive urges to eat copious amounts of food even when i was stuffed to the brim, i felt i couldn’t stop😕 ~ Competing makes you restrictive & obsessive over food. The constant tracking, eating every 2.5 hrs all you think ab is your next meal so it’s quite easy to become consumed especially if you’re someone like me who is already OCD🙃 ~ HOWEVVERR, finding the balance and key tips to avoid binging behaviors helped me the most, here are my top 3 tips 👇🏼 ~ 1️⃣Consciously keep track of how much you’re eating like if you’ve eaten 5 donuts think ok holy shit i just ate 5 donuts i don’t need anymore. 2️⃣If you’re full, YOU’RE FULL. Food isn’t going anywhere those cookies will be there tomorrow i promise. 3️⃣Think about how the food you’re eating makes you feel. Chances are when you’re binging it’s on shit food, realize your goals and ask yourself if consuming this is going to fuel or body or wreck it. ~ Just a few thoughts for anyone who struggles, it took me a while to learn balance. 📌Необходимые ингредиенты для приготовления крем-супа из тыквы : ✔Тыква 1 шт ( 2кг ) ✔Морковь ( 2 шт ) ✔Лук репчатый ( 2шт ) ✔Грибы (7-8 шт ) ✔Картофель 3шт. ( по желанию) ✔Сливки ( 1уп., 10% жирности ) ✔Молоко ( 1уп., 3.2 жирности ) ✔Соль.Приправы по вкусу. Я использую либо натуральные, либо приближенные с наиболее чистым составом. 📌Рецепт приготовления : Тыкву очистить от кожуры и семечек,затем картофель и морковь. Все овощи нарезать кубиками. Тушим на небольшом огне до полуготовности. Пока готовятся овощи не теряем время зря и тем временем мелко нарезаем грибы и лук, обжариваем на сковородке. Когда овощи будут практически готовы перелаживаем их в чистую емкость и взбиваем блендером в течение 3-5 мин. до образования лёгкой кремообразной текстуры.Затем перелаживаем овощи ( таква,морковь,картофель ) обратно в кастрюлю и добавляем к ним обжаренные грибы с луком. Вливаем молоко.Всё вместе тушим на небольшом огне до полной готовности , приблизительно 5-7 мин. Добавляем сливки и зелень. Доводим до кипения.💥Крем-суп готов, приятного аппетита.🧚💫 Украшаем блюдо гренками и подаем к столу. 📌 Если захотелось попробовать, ставь ❤ и + в комментариях. ✅ ПОЛЬЗА ТЫКВЫ 🎃 : Тыква–кладезь витаминов.В овоще содержатся такие витамины как А, С, Е, D, РР, К, группы B и редкостный витамин Т. Тыква богата такими минералами как: фтор, магний, медь, кальций, цинк, марганец, фосфор, йод. Тыква содержит много каротина. Каротин в организме превращается в витамин А, который действует как антиоксидант. Тыква помогает нормализовать метаболизм. Из-за содержания витамина T тыква препятствует накоплению организмом жировых клеток, поэтому диетологи рекомендуют употреблять тыкву для урегулирования веса. Тыква обладает слабительным эффектом, что хорошо влияет на желудочно-кишечный тракт. Ее рекомендуют при отеках, а также как естественный детокс для выведения из организма "плохого" холестерина ( низкой плотности) , токсинов, шлаков. Из-за низкой калорийности тыква считается идеальным диетическим продуктом. В ней мало сахара,нет крахмала, холестерина и трансжиров, зато она содержит много полезной для пищеварения клетчатки. Её калорийность на 100 гр составляет всего лишь 22 ккал.
