HEYOO! coming at y’all today with a 30 minute kettlebell only full body circuit!!
although circuit style workouts are not ideal if you’re anxious or panicky, this one works if you’re pressed for time. do each exercise for 6-8 reps, and repeat the circuit 3-4 times. good luck;)
