Messy hair dont care because these biceps are coming through🤣👌 - I wasnt planning to come to the gym, because yesterday I walked nonstop at work 😣 my watch said I did 22,800 steps. To me that is alot...I was so tired..that I just went to sleep early. Legs are sore. So,my motivation was to workout on my back & biceps.💪 - Hopefully I can do legs tomorrow.
